Our members can apply to Ada Tickets to:
Learn whether personal data is being processed,
Request information if personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing of personal data,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
Request the notification of corrections, deletions, and destruction of processed data to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, in accordance with the relevant legislation,
Object to a result against oneself arising from the analysis of processed data solely through automatic systems,
Request compensation for damages in case of harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Ada Tickets may provide its reasoned positive/negative response to the above requests in writing or digitally. If the processes requested require a cost, the Personal Data Protection Board may charge a fee based on the tariff determined according to Article 13 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
