To receive the tickets via email, you need to create an account. Alternatively, you can contact our central sales office or helpline to get the necessary support.
You can make multiple ticket purchases using the same email. You can enter the event area with the ticket codes sent to you.
As Ada Tickets is only responsible for event ticketing and not the organizer, there is no option for changes or refunds unless there is no cancellation or change announced by the organizer, or outside the rules stated by the event organizer.
Ada Tickets only handles ticketing transactions.
You will be notified about event cancellations or changes via the phone number and email address registered in the system.
Ticket refunds are processed automatically by us. The refund will be transferred to your card, depending on your bank, within 3-20 business days.
