Product Return Conditions
In the event of a defective ticket purchased through our website, you must contact us through the contact addresses section on our page within 1 day from the delivery date at the latest.
If 7 days have passed since the purchase of the ticket, no refunds or exchanges will be made.
As for the conditions for ticket refunds and exchanges, practices are based on the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
