Ada Tickets aims to provide better service to its customers by requesting some personal information from you (such as name, age, interests, email, etc.).

The information collected on Ada Tickets servers is used only within Ada Tickets for periodic campaign activities, the design of special promotional activities for customer profiles, and the classification of customers to prevent unwanted emails.

Ada Tickets does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties, under any circumstances, without the member's consent or contrary instructions. Additionally, Ada Tickets does not use or sell this information for non-operational commercial purposes.

Ada Tickets analyzes and interprets visitor movements and preferences during site usage, excluding personal information, to provide more personalized and effective shopping experiences for Ada Tickets customers. These statistical data, which do not contain personal information, may be shared with Ada Tickets business partners.

Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities in accordance with legal procedures when requested, and when required by mandatory legislation.

Only the customer can access and modify the information entered into the system, and it is not possible for anyone else to access or change this information.

Your credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on Ada Tickets servers or the servers of companies serving Ada Tickets to ensure the highest level of security for our valued customers. All payment transactions are conducted through the Ada Tickets interface between the bank and your computer.

Our members can apply to Ada Tickets to:

Learn whether personal data is being processed,

Request information if personal data has been processed,

Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing of personal data,

Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,

Request the notification of corrections, deletions, and destruction of processed data to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, in accordance with the relevant legislation,

Object to a result against oneself arising from the analysis of processed data solely through automatic systems,

Request compensation for damages in case of harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Ada Tickets may provide its reasoned positive/negative response to the above requests in writing or digitally. If the processes requested require a cost, the Personal Data Protection Board may charge a fee based on the tariff determined according to Article 13 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
